Warranties and Returns

* In Software there are not guarantees or refunds
* To validate your warranty is required to submit a copy of our purchase invoice
* All products will be delivered from 1 to 5 business days after confirming your order and deposit
* If you deliver the defective product and the claim is made within 5 days of the date of delivery will be replaced by a new one
* Warranties are only valid in the country ("Mexico"), may be that some manufacturer's warranties do not cover other countries or perhaps have an additional charge.
* Warranties can claim with the manufacturer or in a authorized attention center by the manufacturer (you have to communicate with the manufacturer to check the places the manufacturer has to receive warranties) or you can claim directly with us.
* All products have 1 year warranty except Software
* We not accept Warranties with products who's have shocks, spills of liquids and / or products with affected violation seal of the manufacturer.

Returns

* To return the product will need to submit a copy of our purchase invoice
* To return the product will be no later than 3 business days after receiving the product and must be in its original box perfectly closed. And it will have a 25% penalty for cancellation.

* Products outsiders who want to return must cover the cost of transport

Errors warranties and repairs

* Products delivered to claim warranties, who's presents a hidden shocks or software failures, liquid spillage and / or violation of security seal, caused for bad use operation. It have a penalty of 35 USD plus tax for reviewed and it will lose warranty.

Product Repair

* Products to be reviewed without warranty can be repaired by us with prior authorization of the repair cost.
* Products reviewed and processed like without warranty and you want to repairs it with us, we will not make charge for reviewed.
* The products can be delivered at home with additional shipping cost
* Payments will be made by deposit or electronic transfer.
